Items bought from Peace & Wolf are non-refundable. This is because the products at Peace & Wolf are printed on demand.
We do not accept returns.
Damaged Items & Wrong Orders
In order for us to handle a refund case, you must contact us within a reasonable amount of time from when the package arrived. For an issue regarding an order, you must contact us within 10 days from when the package arrived.
We will accept returns and give a refund if the item arrives damaged. This includes misprints, printing errors, holes, and if the wrong product arrived and does not match your order.
Unless the item was damaged when it arrived or the wrong item was shipped, we do not cover shipping costs.
DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO THE SENDER UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO VIA EMAIL. WITHOUT PROOF, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND.
Please contact us and prepare to send photos of the product you received.
If the wrong size is ordered, we cannot give a refund. The items are printed and made-to-order. We cannot replace or remake an item if it wasn't ordered in the correct size. Please read our size chart carefully before ordering.
Cancel a Order
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24hrs after the order was placed. If the item has already been manufactured or shipped, we cannot give you a refund.
Variations in Artwork
Since our products are printed and manufactured on demand, there may be slight variations between the product image and the product you receive. If you are worried that you received the wrong order, please contact us.
Do not return the item without instruction from Peace & Wolf, otherwise we won't be able to verify your concern.
Variations in Screen Colors
We do not accept returns or offer refunds if the product's color is not the same as pictured. This is due to the different colors shown on computer/phone screens. The light of the computer/phone screen may also make products appear brighter. The color shade of the product shown on your computer/phone and the product you receive may be different.
Peace & Wolf accepts returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with comments and be prepared to email us pictures of the product.
